Hear it from our patients:
The vast majority of us will experience back pain at some point in our lives. Back pain is one of the most common causes of missed work in this country. Fortunately, acupuncture is extremely effective at treating this problem. Studies have shown that acupuncture is more effective at treating back pain than conventional methods of treatment.
Neck and Shoulder Pain
Tense and tight shoulders are a prevalent issue, often causing discomfort and impacting daily activities. Many factors increase it’s likelihood: prolonged desk work, stress, or poor posture. Through the strategic placement of needles, acupuncture promotes increased blood circulation to the shoulder area, releasing muscle tension and restoring a sense of ease.
Joint pain, including arthritis, a prevalent condition characterized by joint inflammation, is a leading cause of pain and reduced mobility for many individuals. Living with joint pain and arthritis can significantly impact one’s quality of life, making daily activities challenging. The encouraging news is that acupuncture emerges as a valuable ally in managing these painful conditions.
Peripheral neuropathy, a condition characterized by nerve damage often leading to tingling, numbness, and pain in the extremities, poses significant challenges to those affected. Coping with the symptoms of peripheral neuropathy can impact daily life and diminish overall well-being. Fortunately, acupuncture stands out as a promising and effective approach to managing peripheral neuropathy.
Fibromyalgia, a chronic condition characterized by widespread pain, fatigue, and tender points, can significantly impact one’s quality of life. We offer a non-pharmacological solution that targets both the physical and energetic aspects of fibromyalgia, providing relief and promoting a more balanced and comfortable life.
Migraines, characterized by intense headaches often accompanied by nausea and sensitivity to light, can be debilitating. Whether you have identified your underlying triggers or not, we can provide relief and solutions to the root cause of your migraines.

The body’s innate ability for self-healing
Acupuncture increases blood flow, reduces inflammation, and boosts the immune system. The practitioner’s duty is to assist your body by removing obstacles to the free flow of your body’s own regenerative force. Most people find it incredibly relaxing and feel rejuvenated after a session.
Yes, we can help with that
Chances are, acupuncture is a very fitting solution whether you are struggling with acute or chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, weight gain, or stress that leads to tension, anxiety and sleep problems. Allow the strengthening effects of our treatment strategies to improve your overall health.
Dry needling offers notable benefits, primarily targeting muscular pain and discomfort. By inserting thin needles into trigger points or tight muscles, it helps release tension, improve blood flow, and alleviate pain. This technique is widely recognized for its effectiveness in managing conditions such as chronic pain, muscle spasms, and myofascial tension.
Comfortable, Clean, Safe
You can trust our dedicated commitment to excellence as our facility prioritizes safety and professionalism. With patient comfort at the forefront, we’ve created a soothing and inviting atmosphere for your healing, ensuring a wonderful visit each time.
Cupping is an old, traditional treatment that helps resolve chronic muscle tightness and pain faster than massage therapy alone. Great for back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, IT band tightness, and calf pain.

Q: How long is a session?
A: Acupuncture sessions typically last 45 minutes to an hour. The initial session may be longer to allow for a comprehensive consultation.
Q: Are there any side effects?
A: Side effects are minimal, and serious complications are extremely rare. Some people may experience slight bruising or temporary soreness at needle insertion points.
Q: Is it covered by insurance?
A: Coverage varies among insurance plans, however it is important to note that we do not bill insurance in-house. It’s advisable to check with your insurance provider to determine if acupuncture services are covered and, if so, we will provide you with a receipt called a “Superbill” that you can submit for reimbursement.
Q: How should I prepare for a session?
A: Wear comfortable clothing, eat a light meal beforehand, and communicate openly with your acupuncturist about any health concerns or medications.
